Dental Insurance Verification
Our Insurance Verification service is a volume based pricing service that is based on the number verifications that we file per month. The fee will be based on the tier level for the number of verifications filed by the end of the month.
Tier 1

Example 1: At the end of January we did a total of 50 verifications, the total fee will be $600 (tier 2).
Example 2: At the end of February we did a total of 102 verifications then the total will be $762 ($750 + $12 [2 X $6 per verification]).
